Nominations open for CiTTi Awards 2025 next month, with a record-breaking 29 categories celebrating innovation in urban mobility.
Now in its fourth year, the CiTTi Awards – organised by City Transport & Traffic Innovation Magazine (CiTTi Magazine) – returns with an expanded line-up that includes three brand-new categories: the River Services Award, Rail Services Award and Demand-Responsive Transport Scheme of the Year.
Entries open on March 3, providing public and private sector organisations across the UK with an opportunity to gain industry recognition for their contributions to clean, safe, and efficient urban mobility.

Eligible entrants include local government bodies, transport operators and authorities, logistics providers, developers and Business Improvement Districts. Project partners – such as urban planners, contractors, consultancies and technology companies – are also invited to submit entries, though solution providers and suppliers must apply with a customer or stakeholder partner.
Last year’s CiTTi Awards, held at De Vere Grand Connaught Rooms in London, and hosted by acclaimed Irish comedian Andrew Ryan, recognised 115 finalists from 100 organisations across 20 categories. The deadline for submitting written entries is Friday, 22 August 2025. The shortlist will be announced on Wednesday, 3 September. Shortlisted entries will then be judged by an independent panel of experts from across the British transportation industry – via a series of online interviews – the week commencing Monday, 6 October.
The winners will be announced on Tuesday, 25 November 2025 at De Vere Grand Connaught Rooms in London.
