The deadline to enter CiTTi Awards 2024 has been extended until 5pm (BST) on Friday, July 26.
The extension provides an additional two weeks for applicants to complete an existing ‘in-progress’ entry, and not to create a new entry.
To qualify for the extra time, applicants must have at least started their entry – via online platform Award Force – by 5pm on Friday July 12.
To start an entry, applicants must include the name of the entry, complete all contact details and choose the desired category they wish to enter.
Applicants currently with an ‘in-progress’ entry also qualify for the deadline extension.
Entry into CiTTi Awards 2024 is free of charge to all, however submissions led by a solution provider or industry supplier must be made in combination with a customer, such as a local council or transport operator.
The shortlist will be announced in August before all shortlisted entries are judged in September by an independent panel of experts from across the British transportation industry.
The winners will then be revealed during a glittering gala dinner held on Tuesday, November 26 at the historic De Vere Grand Connaught Rooms in central London.

Last year’s CiTTi Awards saw more than 120 finalists from 70 organisations celebrated across 16 categories.
The winners were announced by renowned British actress and writer Jo Caulfield on Tuesday 21 November 2023 at De Vere Grand Connaught Rooms
Commenting on the success of last year’s CiTTi Awards and 2024’s brand-new categories, CiTTi Magazine editor-in-chief John Thornton said: “Following the resounding success of the second annual CiTTi Awards last year, which doubled in size on the inaugural year, I’m delighted to announce the return and expansion of this event in 2024.
“With 25 categories open for entry, this year’s CiTTi Awards will be even bigger and better, with more entries, more judges and more finalists than ever before. More categories simply means more chances to win!
“As always, when it comes to submitting entries, clear evidence of innovation, collaboration, implementation and execution will all be key to success – we want to see novel and original solutions and projects with tangible, data-driven, real-world outcomes.”
The deadline for entry creation is 5pm on Friday, July 12. The deadline to complete all ‘in-progress’ entries is 5pm on Friday, July 26.
