Last-mile logistics solutions provider AxleHire has acquired Covet Shipping, a full-service shipping company that services New York City, as part of the strategic expansion of its delivery services across the USA.
Following the acquisition, AxleHire, which currently provides services to companies in the meal kit/prepared food, grocery, retail, household goods, alcohol, and prescription medications industries, will offer same day and next day delivery services to retailers, brands and other companies in New York effective November 1, 2019.

The acquisition of Covet Shipping will also expand AxleHire’s service offerings to Covet Shipping’s customers in two key markets already served by AxleHire – Los Angeles and San Francisco.
