All the toll roads in Orange County, California are set to go cashless by June, 2014.
All electronic tolling will extend across all 51 miles of tolled roads, and the change is expected to save the Transport Corridor Agencies some $13.3 million in the first five years.
TCA says: ‘Already, nearly 81 per cent of Toll Road customers use FasTrak. For the 16.5 per cent who make up our current cash customers and choose not to sign up for FasTrak, there will be a variety of new payment methods.’
