Allstar Business Solutions, a fuel and electric vehicle (EV) solutions company, has claimed it now has the largest combined fuel and EV network across the whole of the UK, consisting of more than 8,600 chargepoints, more than 3,100 on-road locations for fleet recharging and access to more than 90% of the UK’s fuel sites.
This announcement was made during World EV Day, which was postponed this year, at a dinner hosted in The Shard, London.
Allstar reports continued growth in the EV sector, with it on-boarding further operators and expecting to reach a milestone of 10,000 chargepoints by the end of 2022. This goal follows its recent fast and rapid charging ambitions and the addition of MFG, Connected Kerb, Charge My Street, Allego, PlugNGo and Mer to its charging network.
Paul Holland, managing director of the UK Fleet at Allstar Business Solutions, said: “The challenges and complexity for fleet operators transitioning to electric cannot be underestimated.
“By working closely with our customers, which includes many of the largest fleets in the UK, we have developed a truly market leading solution and unrivalled level of expertise to help fleets and their drivers transition efficiently to electric vehicles.”
The EV solutions company has also launched Allstar Homecharge, a solution to make EV charging payments easier and more transparent.
It likewise announced the Allstar One Electric fuel card in 2019, which combines merchants and locations to make payments cheaper and more convenient, with the company also collaborating with Zap-Map.
