Norwegian e-mobility firm Wattif EV has selected Sitetracker – software used by infrastructure providers – to support the rollout of its EV charging infrastructure across Europe.
According to the US software provider, its solutions are suitable for organisations of any size looking to make the switch to electric.
Wattif EV claims to have already contracted more than a million parking spaces to deploy EV chargepoints and takes full responsibility for the maintenance of its charging outlets.
“Our solutions are more flexible and innovative than just deploying EV charging stations, because our business model allows for different ownership, financing and profit-sharing scenarios,” said Robert Svendsen, Wattif EV CEO.
“As our models can vary from customer to customer, we knew a highly effective, flexible solution like Sitetracker would be essential to manage our infrastructure.
“Sitetracker is perfect for us, and its quick installation time with built-in best practices and processes helped us get our business off and running in no time.”
Built on Salesforce, Sitetracker is designed to offer smart technologies to help EV and energy companies to manage their EVs on a single platform.
One of the main benefits, it claims, is the elimination of manual spreadsheet management based on its ability to track high volume work in real time.
Wattif EV will adopt a range of Sitetracker solutions, some of which feature guidance on best practice, the ability to create tailored dashboards and the management of company-wide operations from a single service point.
Wattif EV has started integrating Sitetracker into its operations and plans to add further features, such as the Sitetracker Connect Portal, which gives access to contractors and third parties for collaboration.
