Eric Wright Group has announced that is has officially handed over the keys to its 100th electric fleet vehicle as part of its ongoing electrification plans.
The Cupra Born car was presented to the a new member of staff who recently joined the company.
Eric Wright Group’s current fleet is reportedly 76% ULEV (Ultra Low Emission Vehicles), while 50% are now fully electric.
What’s more, the company aims to have 60% of its leased car fleet as hybrid, plug-in hybrid or pure electric by 2025, but now expects to meet this target in 2023.
Jeremy Hartley, group managing director at Eric Wright, said: “We are committed to minimising environmental impact from all group activities and have implemented plans to ensure that the business delivers net zero greenhouse gas emissions by 2030.”
