Communicating the real cost of transportation to the end-user.
What’s your best piece of advice for those looking to implement road user charging or tolling solutions?
Spend adequate time contemplating what the operations of the programme should look like from the user’s perspective.
Does legislation help or hinder development in the sector?
Legislation helps development in mobility, as all significant change has historically required the public sector as the linchpin.
How will the business of road-user charging have changed by 2030?
Between the EU’s sustainable mobility goals and the US’s failing highway trust fund, road-user charging will be the method of paying for infrastructure by 2030.
