BP Chargemaster has installed what it claims is London’s first 150kW ultra-fast charging hub on a public network, at a BP retail site in Hammersmith.
Made up of four 150kW chargers, the new site is part of a nationwide roll out of 400 units by BP Chargemaster, which launched its first ultra-fast charging site in August this year, with two units installed at a BP retail site in Hounslow.
The new units are accessible through Polar, one of the UK’s largest public EV charging networks, and will offer rapid charging of up to 150kW with CHAdeMO and CCS connectors. All four units are currently available on Free Vend for a limited time.
The new ultra-fast charging hub can be found at BP Hammersmith Flyover SF Connect, Talgarth Road, Hammersmith, W6 8BJ.
