Korean gateway developer Humax has entered the UK vehicle mobility market, launching an all-in-one mobility hub solution.
The company’s RAiDEA cloud-based integrated mobility platform is designed for use in cars, motorcycles, bikes and e-scooters, and provides B2C, B2B and P2P services.
According to Humax, the solution is currently being integrated into one of South Korea’s largest B2B car sharing services and is suitable for round-trips, one-way journeys and free-floating infrastructures.
It can also be used to transform a car park into a hub with parking management, shared parking, car sharing, EV charging, vehicle maintenance and car wash services.
Humax also supplies commercial vehicle technology to fleet operators to enhance visibility and control and provide insight into the operation of fleet commercial vehicles.
Jeff Kim, EVP of worldwide sales at Humax, said:”Humax will be supplying total mobility services equipped with the RAiDEA mobility service platform, mobility device platform, and mobility hub platform to the global market.
“Not only are we delivering solutions to Korea’s largest car-sharing company, but we have also signed contracts with major car sharing operators in the Middle East and Southeast Asia to successfully expand our mobility presence along with our existing gateway business.”
Humax, which is a member of Collective Mobility UK (CoMoUK), a charity promoting the benefits of shared transport for the public, said it is also working toward creating partnerships with organisations within the UK mobility industry.
