As part of the agreement, Kapsch TrafficCom will deliver ongoing maintenance of the existing tolling roadside system, including cameras and other sensors, and provide point-of-sales software and hardware to help ensure seamless bridge tolling.
“With almost 600,000 vehicles passing the bridge every month, it is a significant positive factor of integration of the two regions,” said Michael Weber, head of sales EMENA, Kapsch TrafficCom.
