Q-Free, a supplier of tolling, parking, traffic management and connected ITS solutions, headquartered in Trondheim, Norway, has been awarded a tolling contract in Chile.
The client is the concessionaire of the San Antonio – Santiago highway, which belongs to Sacyr Concessions, a developer of large-scale infrastructure projects using public-private partnerships, which currently manages and operates 65 projects in 15 countries.
The contract has a value of approximately NOK45,000,000 (£3.7m) and comprises a multilane free-flow roadside solution as well as service and maintenance for five years.
According to Q-Free, most of the revenues will be recognised in 2023.
