The Traffic Group Limited (TTG), formerly known as AGD Group Limited, has publicised the acquisition of MAV Systems Limited (MAV). This acquisition aims to expand the range of traffic solutions provided by TTG as the two companies are traffic focused and both have innovative technical approaches and complementary customer bases to share.
MAV Systems is a renowned supplier of ANPR cameras. The company has grown from strength to strength with its ability to ability to meet specific partner requirements across various sectors. MAV has also achieved commendable growth within the ITS, parking, policing and enforcement markets – both in the UK and internationally. Therefore, MAV’s existing customer and partner base will also benefit from a wider product portfolio from other TTG companies as well as having the opportunity to cross-sell their unique market solutions into new regions.

The Traffic Group Limited consists of various, privately owned companies. One of these companies, AGD Systems is already working with MAV. Together they are working in supplying radar products that work alongside MAV’s IQ range of intelligent ANPR cameras. Likewise, the two companies are collaborating on other synergistic solutions at the moment.
